Of Suzuki Night Market
so tonight was the first Suzuki Night Market for the summer,
every wednesday night till Febuary, Melbourne's Victoria Mart
opens from 5.30pm, to 10pm where weird odd shops display their
goods for a fun cheerful night out in the market.
Nothing better than awsum bands,
beer and mexican/african/other native foods under a huge shed!

Of updates
I wanted to post a whole string of youtubes, links to silly but very useful websites
and a motherload of photos but this free wireless interent thingiebob isn't helping
so i hope one photo of a scruffy looking dude i met in St Kilda's would suffice.
stray dogs always do the trick.
Been rather busy with the planning of the big trips and the vacating of the apartment,
there's some stuff on facebook and flickr so go check those out when you have time.
I need to find a nice cafe now to kick back with a large mocha and free wifi
(with powerpoint) as I organise and backup the motherload of photos i accumulated
the past few months.
I'm still stuck in October! hiaop!

Spring and the coming of summer brings really late sunsets with long shadows and fantastic highlights..... i wish i had my film camera.

i always thought monday was the 11....what the heck, to cut the long story short i got my exam date wrong (one day too soon). So here i am on flickr instead of planning to wake up at 9am for my imaginery structures and construction paper later. (note to self....double check and print the schedule on the fridge)

Of Webb Bridge
awsum bridge made of recycled materials, mostly from a old rail bridge at Webb Dock (thus the name Webb Bridge located at the Docklands)
Designed by the architecture and urban design firm Denton Corker Marshall in collaboration with the artist Robert Owen, Webb Bridge is a fantastic piece of urban enhcanement, creating a functional pedaterian/bicycle linkage over Yarra River while its sinuous form creates a exciting transition from an other boring walk from point a to point b.
It also makes a great turning point of a run from Uni to the Docklands and back.
enjoi!

Fafi!
and Banksy!
The longest recorded piece of graffiti was painted by a student in the toilets
of his college at Changsha, China in 1915. It consisted of over 4000 characters
criticising his teachers and the state of Chinese society.
After completing this masterpiece the student handed himself in and was
paraded in front of the school and threatened with expulsion.
The student was a 22 year old Chairman Mao Zedong.
A graffiti artist who later founded the People’s Republic of China
and was responsible for the deaths of over 30 million people.
(Chieh Fang, Chinese army magazine, Decmeber 1968)
also found on Banksy's website
the camera is abit happy today.....abit happy cuz it's been stuck at home for too long, so long it
wasn't funny anymore.
